1. How do I place my order?

Browse your favorite items, select options like size or color, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” then follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed.


2. How long will it take to ship my order?

We ship orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:

  • USA Standard: 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Europe Standard: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Rest of the World: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday)


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track it via our website or directly through the shipping carrier.


4. What should I do if my tracking number isn’t working?

Tracking info can take 1–4 business days to update. If it’s still inactive after that, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.


5. What should I do if I made a mistake with my order?

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to update the size, color, quantity, or address.


6. Can I cancel an order?

Yes — cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be in processing or shipped.


7. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


8. How secure is my personal information?

9. What is your return and refund policy?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is wrong or damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.


11. What is your warranty policy?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before your order is shipped.


15. What if my package is lost or stolen?
