Returns and Refunds Overview
You have the right under to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you have designated, take possession of the goods.
To provide you with a better shopping experience, Furenvast extends this period to 60 days for most returns.
1. Condition of Returned Items
Items returned for any reason must be:

Unused or only handled as necessary to inspect and test them, similar to what you would do in a physical store

In original condition, with all tags attached

Returned in their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that if the product’s value has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functionality, you may be liable for the reduced value.
2. Incorrect, Damaged, Missing, or Faulty Items
If you receive:

A product damaged during shipping

A product with missing parts or accessories

A faulty or defective product
Please contact us immediately and no later than 14 days after delivery at contact@furenvast.com. Include your order number, photos or videos showing the issue, and a detailed description.
We will:

Arrange and cover the cost of the return shipment

Provide a replacement or a full refund after we receive and inspect the item
This process complies with EU consumer law and protects your rights.
3. Defective or Faulty Products Discovered After Use
If you discover a defect after using the product, please contact us within the legal warranty period of 24 months from delivery.
In line with our Warranty Policy, Furenvast will assess your claim and offer a suitable solution such as repair, replacement, or refund.
Return shipping costs for valid warranty claims will be covered by Furenvast.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs in this case are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personal care items such as grooming tools once opened

Please do not send returns without prior authorization to avoid delays or loss.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
