Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Furenvast. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer support. This policy outlines your statutory warranty rights as well as our voluntary manufacturer warranty.


Legal Warranty – 24 Months

All products purchased from Furenvast are covered by the statutory legal warranty valid for 24 months from the date of delivery.

This means that if your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to:

  • Request a repair or replacement at no cost

  • If repair or replacement is not possible, request a partial refund or full refund

Furenvast will cover all reasonable return shipping costs related to a valid warranty claim.

These rights apply automatically and do not require product registration.


Voluntary Manufacturer Warranty – 12 Months

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from Furenvast.

What is Covered

  • Defects in material or workmanship under normal household use

  • Non-wearable parts or the original unit, as determined by Furenvast

Remedies

If a defect occurs during this period, we may:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater value

  • Refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes)

If a full unit replacement is issued, the original warranty coverage ends.


What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

  • Commercial use or use outside normal household conditions

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand

  • Promotional, free, or gifted items

  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, water, or fire


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If your product develops a problem within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@furenvast.com

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if available

  3. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps

  4. We may request return of the item for inspection before offering a solution


Important Notes

  • The 12-month manufacturer warranty is in addition to and does not replace or reduce your 24-month legal warranty rights.

  • If you are unsure whether your issue is covered, please contact us before taking any action.

  • We recommend keeping your original packaging until you are confident the product functions properly, as it may be required for returns or exchanges.
